Jaguars rookie offers crazy amount of money for No. 23 gets shot down

After signed his rookie contract back in May, the first expensive thing he wanted to purchase wasn't a car or a house: It was a number. According , Ramsey is "rumored" to have offered over $30,000 for the number.  That's not even the crazy part of the story. The crazy part is that Sample, who's only set to make a $525,000 base salary in 2016, turned down the offer!
