In doing so showed why he has a future ahead of him as he broke down attacks and actually looked like he wanted the ball at his feet which is rare for a central midfielder wearing white and blue. As they not known for bringing through the youngsters Spurs have struggled over recent years with having players with great potential but it sadly never being fulfilled. I think a cautious approach should be taken for the next few years to make sure they dont fall by the wayside as they try to become men in this most perilous of profe sions.
